Safety Alliance Project Manager
Her role in the Safety Alliance is consultancy support of our clients concerning scientific questions as well as selection and design of studies for the project. She is responsible for coordination of the project schedule and monitoring of the work’s progress at the participating CRO’s. Furthermore, she is involved in the preparation of offers and the distribution of studies among our Safety Alliance partners to ensure that the project’s aims are met at high quality within reasonable budget and timeline. Therefore she is a central contact person within the project for scientific support and questions to contract, timelines and status/milestones.
The scientific background of Eva is biology and more than ten years of experience in the field of toxicology. She started her career at the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, University of Wuerzburg, Germany, with main focus on molecular cell toxicity, in vitro test systems for toxicity, mechanisms of carcinogenesis and development of new biomarkers of nephrotoxicity. After graduation, she left university in 2008 to become a study director at Harlan Laboratories Ltd., Switzerland (formerly RCC Ltd). In this position, she was responsible for planning and performance of in vivo toxicology studies under GLP and the scientific interpretation of the results (toxicological assessment). Further tasks during her work as study director were the consultation of clients from international (European, Asian and American) companies and communication with all internal and external parties involved in the projects. She has experience in standard short- and long-term rodent studies, neurotoxicity studies, non-rodent studies as well as customized studies to investigate specific questions studies. Eva Rached joined AnaPath Services in July 2015.
